Fee Policy

 

Regarding the remuneration of services, depending on the nature of the case and the needs of the client may take the form of:

 

- Either an one-off payment (in which case 40% of the fee plus VAT is paid in advance)

 

- Or monthly payments with time-sheet, so along with our invoice, the customer also receives a detailed billing sheet.

 

- Or a fixed monthly remuneration, scaled according to the desired number of working hours per month. In this case, if the working hours are exceeded, the client receives a timely note.

 

In litigation, it is also possible that the Law firm's fee be calculated as a percentage of the final amount awarded (by courts or through an extra-judicial agreement).

 

In the last three cases a detailed agreement is signed between the client and the Law firm.
